Call Center Operations Manager
This individual will manage current and future call center vendor relationships, including managing and improving performance related to sales and quality. This individual will also be responsible for managing the in-house Customer Service department. Developing and documenting policy and procedures, coaching and career planning, as well as monitoring service levels, and general work force management tasks. Requires: College degree, 5+ years experience leading, coaching and mentoring staff in a call center environment. Experience in managing SLA’s with third party call centers, managing actions plans for improvement. High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint software.
Database Analyst - Direct Marketing
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Analytics & Research and will be responsible supporting the Sales & Marketing team by meeting all reporting and analysis needs. Using and maintaining the company’s marketing database system will be a key responsibility for the Database Marketing Analyst including regular extraction, load, support, and maintenance of data stored in the marketing database, and the production of all standard reports produced from the database (s). Requires: B.S in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field, 3+ yrs experience with, SQL, SAS, SPSS, or other statistical mining packages & strong analytical and data manipulation skills to enable production of management information and campaign analysis
This key position will assist in gathering detailed business requirements, who will work effectively with both our business teams and our IT resources to translate those requirements into technical specifications that are actionable, provide traceability, and that will sufficiently document the system(s) under development. Must be a team player with at least 5 years of experience leading efforts that involve detailed Business Requirements management. Must have experience with a range of IT-centric projects that should include web technologies, databases, and/or networking systems. Significant experience in business case development required. Requires: Master’s degree, 5+ years of experience supporting complex business applications, extensive SDLC experience, in a variety of environments, and utilizing a number of methodologies and 8-10 years of direct Business Analysis experience
