Eligibility
Only U.S. residents are eligible to participate. Must be 18 or older. No purchase is necessary. No fee is required. Employees of Cambium Education, Inc. and affiliated companies may not participate in the contest.

Entry Rules

·         The videos should be no longer than 2 minutes in duration.

·         The videos should focus solely on topic of the Teacher Appreciation Question of the Day. They must not contain any profanity.

·         A Voyager Learning staff member will review the submission and, if approved, the submission will be posted on the Voyager Learning Facebook page for contest entry.

·         One video upload is allowed for each contest question.
 

Determination of Winners
Three winners (one per question) will be determined based on the number of votes (likes) of videos uploaded on the Voyager Learning Teacher Appreciation Facebook page. Winners must upload videos by Sunday, May 13, 2012 to participate, but the earlier you upload your video the better your odds of winning. Voting will begin on May 7, 2012, and close Monday, May 14, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Winners will be announced via the Voyager Learning Teacher Appreciation Facebook page on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Because the method of determining the winner is dependent on the number of votes received, the exact odds of winning cannot be determined. In the event of a tie, the winner(s) will be determined by a drawing.

Prizes

Three Superhero Prize Packs will be awarded. One winner per contest question.

Superhero Prize Pack includes: One set of Five Nooks ($1000 value), One $50 Barnes and Noble Gift Card, and One Voyager Gift Bag ($30 Value).

Notification
Winners will be notified by email/phone within 10 business days after the end of the contest period.

The winners will be announced on the Voyager Learning Teacher Appreciation Facebook page on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.

The winners will be asked to provide with his/her legal name, a valid e-mail address, a valid mailing address, daytime telephone numbers and other pertinent information, including tax information (if required by prevailing tax laws). The winner may be asked to provide an affidavit regarding eligibility to receive the prize.

All taxes on the prize and all expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners may waive the right to receive the prize. The prizes cannot be transferred.

Right to Change or Cancel
Cambium Education, Inc. reserves the right to alter the contest at any time without notice.

Privacy
Cambium Education, Inc. maintains information about companies and individuals visiting its website to provide a better experience for the visitor, and will never sell or trade any of the information accumulated about a website visitor.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Cambium Education, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
